Data Submission Compliance
We serve as the coordinator of the Common Data Collection Format (CDCF) exercise to report university statistics to University Grants Committee (UGC). We collect tables and submissions supplied by different offices, check and highlight changes or areas that need attention with a view to ensure timely and accurate data submission. In addition, we are the coordinator of the University Accountability Agreement (UAA) framework to compile and analyze data for submission to the UGC. Internally, UAA serves as a management tool and guiding framework for purpose of continuous improvement.
